Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Other destinations: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carriers.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Subscription deliveries ship on your 30-day schedule at the rate shown when you subscribed.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email us at info@tryaegea.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
