Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch. Other destinations: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local carriers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Subscription deliveries ship on your 30-day schedule at the rate shown when you subscribed.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, customs, peak season). If your order is significantly delayed, contact us — we will always make it right.
